I have been practicing since 1995. The practice has changed my life. It has led me to see and recognize that everything is connected and interdependent -Unity Consciousness. Like the acorn becomes the oak tree, and the hummingbirds somehow find their way, we too are unfolding, guided by Creator, according to a plan so extraordinary and divine, we can’t even imagine it!

In my teaching I work with energy, sound, movement, touch and the powerful frequencies of the cosmos; earth, sun, moon, stars, water - Unity Consciousness. My hope is that my classes encourage fluidity, intuition, freedom and joy, in your body, mind and soul. With a view to remembering the sacred oneness and divinity of all that is, and inviting this frequency of oneness to guide us to our dharma, our service, and the aligned action that we are here to offer to the world.

My practice has been a healing journey, from alcoholism and addiction -debilitating self doubt and depression - to the acceptance of divine energy, one sacred unified consciousness and grace.

I believe in the transformative power of practice, to facilitate shifts; physical, emotional and spiritual. I also believe that our individual vibration has the capacity to affect everything in the universe. Our energy and frequency ripple out, entrain and magnetize, in this way, like the ‘Butterfly Effect’ our vibration, rooted in loving awareness, and aligned action, are powerful tools to help dismantle the ladder of colonial, settler, patriarchy, power over/power under, and broadcast to all beings, the harmonizing frequencies of; love, safety, abundance, justice, interdependence, unity consciousness and peace.

As a child of the sixties, I am honoured and excited to be entering the decade of my SIXTIES ! I honour the power of the Wise Woman, much of my work focuses on the ability that we all have to dismantle the existing colonial, imperial capitalist, industrial ideology. These ideologies exist to maintain separation, power, control ‘privilege’ & white narcissism. They devalue everything that is not that; the animals, certain bodies, races, religions, genders, sexual orientation… Ultimately, colonial, imperial ideology places human beings above the Earth herself, devastating our Great Mother. I believe that Wise Woman/Crone, Mother energy (not gender specific) is perfectly poised to lead us into the New Earth, that is already here. May our practice lead us to remember the truth of interdependence, abundance, generosity, peace, compassion and love. Oneness with all that is, Unity Consciousness, in Sanskrit-Purusha.

My practice is an opportunity to remember these truths; we are all one - with Creation and Creator, everything is one. Separation and scarcity, ultimately even identity, are all illusions. This is the nature of Tantric Yoga, of all Yoga . The ONE. The OM, The ONG. The Shabad Guru. Cosmic Consciousness. This is the New Age, the New Earth. The Boddisatva. Collective Awakening.

We are the Homoluminous ones.

I lead numerous retreats and workshops throughout the year, in Canada and abroad. My greatest teachers are my students and Unity Consciousness. I gratefully divide my time between two of the most glorious places on this planet, Muskoka, Canada & Nosara, Costa Rica.
